Mitwirkung beim Ausbau und bei der Pflege von Wissensartikeln in der Wissensdatenbank (ServiceNow)

Dein Profil

Laufendes Studium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung
Erste Erfahrungen im Umgang mit digitalen Tools, Ticketsystemen oder Datenbanken sind von Vorteil
Ausgeprägte IT‑Affinität und Interesse an digitalen HR‑Prozessen
Analytisches Denkvermögen, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise sowie ein hohes Maß an Selbstständigkeit
Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und Eigeninitiative
