- Weiterentwicklung und Pflege von SharePoint- und Intranet-Inhalten (z. B. Aufbau neuer Bereichsseiten, Optimierung bestehender Inhalte)
- Aufbereitung, Analyse und Auswertung von Nutzer:innenfeedback zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung unserer digitalen Plattformen
- Unterstützung bei der Organisation und Durchführung von Schulungen und Workshops (remote und vor Ort)
- Begleitung spannender UX-Projekte in einem agilen Umfeld
- Aktives Community Management in Microsoft Teams
- Laufendes Studium im Bereich Wirtschaftsinformatik, Medieninformatik, Kommunikationswissenschaft, Digitale Medien oder eines vergleichbaren Studiengangs
- Reststudiendauer von mindestens einem Jahr
- Hohe IT-Affinitiät und erste praktische Erfahrungen mit Microsoft 365, insbesondere SharePoint und Teams
- Interesse an digitalen Arbeitswelten und UX-Themen
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Teamgeist
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (mind. C1-Niveau) sowie gute Englischkenntnisse
