Deine Aufgaben
- Unterstützung bei der Bearbeitung von Meldungen im Zahlstellenmeldeverfahren der betrieblichen Altersversorgung an gesetzliche Krankenkassen
- Bearbeitung und Prüfung von Daten im Zusammenhang mit der Kranken- und Pflegeversicherung von Rentenempfänger:innen
- Erfassung, Pflege und Aktualisierung von Versicherten- und Rentenempfänger:innendaten in den Bestandssystemen
- Unterstützung bei der Abführung von Kranken- und Pflegeversicherungsbeiträgen an Krankenkassen
Dein Profil
- Laufendes Studium, beispielsweise der Wirtschafts-, Sozial- oder Geisteswissenschaften
- Reststudiendauer von mindestens einem Jahr
- Freude am Umgang mit Zahlen und administrativen Prozessen
- Kommunikationsstärke und Serviceorientierung im Austausch mit unterschiedlichen Ansprechpersonen
- Eigeninitiative, Einsatzbereitschaft und selbstständiges Arbeiten
- Routinierter Umgang mit den gängigen MS Office-Anwendungen
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (mindestens C1-Niveau)
