What does a media agency do?

At Havas Media, we advise our clients on how to reach their target audiences effectively across different media channels – from TV, radio and print to digital, social media and out-of-home. We analyse audiences and markets, develop media strategies and support the implementation and optimisation of campaigns.

As part of our Havas Media International team, you will gain insights into the collaboration across markets and support our consulting colleagues in developing international and cross-channel media solutions for our clients.

📍 Location: Frankfurt am Main, max. 20 hours per week

What will you do with us?

• You support our Consulting team in the preparation and development of media recommendations for national and international clients.
• You conduct target audience, market and competitor analyses and prepare the results in a clear and structured way.
• You help create presentations, reports and other materials for internal and client meetings.
• You gain practical insights into how research and analysis inform media strategies and cross-channel campaigns.
• You support the coordination of information and deliverables across international markets and internal teams.
• You take ownership of smaller tasks and projects and contribute your own ideas.
• When needed, you support selected organisational activities within the team and office.

What do you bring to the table?

• You are currently studying business, communications, marketing, media or a related subject.
• You have a strong interest in media, marketing and international collaboration.
• You enjoy working with numbers and data and can present information in a clear and visually appealing way.
• You are confident using Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• You communicate confidently in English, both written and spoken. German skills are an asset.
• You work in a reliable, structured and independent way and enjoy collaborating with others.
• You are curious, open-minded and keen to gain practical experience in a media agency.
