Ihre Aufgaben
- Mitarbeitersupport in Präsenz, Remote und Hotline
- Dokumentation von Störungen und Anfragen in unserem internen Ticketsystem
- Erstellung und Pflege der internen Dokumentation
- Installation, Konfiguration, Test, Fehlerbehebung sowie Rollout von PCs, Notebooks und Smartphones
- Mitarbeit in verschiedenen IT Projekten
Ihr Profil
- aktives Studium der Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik, im naturwissenschaftlichen oder technischen Bereich
- Wochenarbeitszeit 15–20 Stunden in der Vorlesungszeit, in der vorlesungsfreien Zeit bis zu 37,5 Stunden möglich
- Leidenschaft und Begeisterung für neue Technologien
- Freude am IT-Support und interessiert am IT-Betrieb
- idealerweise erste Kenntnisse im IT-Service-Management
- ausgeprägte analytischen Fähigkeiten und eine selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
