You'll partner directly with our Senior Vice President Strategy & Growth (a key member of our management team and board) and the entire leadership team. You will analyze market and business data, structure challenges with a clear, hypothesis-driven mindset, and develop actionable recommendations. Whether it's corporate strategy, go-to-market, product focus, or potential M&A projects, you'll provide the data-driven insights that drive our growth.
What awaits you with us
Market Assessments: Evaluating market size, growth, and trends to uncover our next big opportunities.
Competitive Analysis: Scrutinizing competitor products and go-to-market strategies to sharpen our edge.
Customer Analysis: Defining market segments and ideal customer profiles to prioritize where we can grow most effectively.
Product Strategy: Assessing our product strategy and differentiation, including identifying strengths, gaps, and key development areas.
Persona and Buyer Journey Analysis: Deconstructing customer personas and buyer journeys to derive strategic positioning and consistent messaging.
Go-to-Market Metrics: Investigating core GTM metrics (e.g., pipeline coverage, win rates) to identify crucial growth drivers.
M&A Screening: Systematically screening for potential M&A targets with clear criteria for efficient initial evaluations.
Financial Modeling: Building preliminary valuation models for potential M&A targets, including assumptions and sensitivities.
Potentially: Supporting due diligence and contributing to the early phases of in-depth reviews.
What you bring to the table
You're currently pursuing a Master's or advanced Bachelor's degree in Business, STEM, Economics, or a related field.
Availability for at least 3 months, ideally starting in July or August
You work in a structured, hypothesis-driven way with a strong focus on execution.
Initial practical experience in Strategy Consulting, Advisory (e.g., Big 4), Business Development, or M&A is a major plus.
Industry knowledge in Software, SaaS, or Tech is a huge advantage.
You're proficient in Excel/Google Sheets and can create visually compelling presentations for management and the board that get straight to the point.
You have strong communication skills in German and English, and you're clear and persuasive in both speaking and writing.
You are proactive, reliable, and a true team player through and through.
