To this end, we have developed the first AI-powered knowledge platform for industrial service. Thanks to this solution, our customers can collect and structure the expert knowledge of their experienced service staff and make it available to all employees - enabling excellent fault diagnostics and sustainable problem-solving.

What Awaits You

• Support in planning and organizing events (trade fairs, customer events, internal events) — from research and coordination with external service providers to on-site support
• Assistance in executing online marketing campaigns (e.g. email campaigns, landing pages, newsletters) in HubSpot
• Maintaining and updating contacts, lists, and campaign data in HubSpot
• Support in creating and preparing marketing content (social media posts, graphics, short videos), e.g. using Canva
• Helping plan and post content on our social media channels (LinkedIn & Co.)
• Support in preparing presentations, one-pagers, and marketing materials
• General hands-on support for the marketing team in day-to-day operations - wherever an extra pair of hands is needed
  
  

What We Expect

• Enrolled student, ideally in media, communication, marketing, design, or a related field
• Initial experience with event planning
• Experience with B2B Marketing
• Proficiency with design tools (Canva, Figma, or Adobe)
• Excellent written and spoken German and English
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work independently and take initiative
• Flexibility and willingness to take on new challenges
• Interest in digital transformation and data-driven decision-making
