Job Description

As Working Student (m/f/d) in Marketing, you will support our DACH Marketing team in a variety of operational and strategic activities across digital marketing, content creation, campaign management, social media, events and CRM data management. You will play an important role in ensuring smooth execution of marketing initiatives, maintaining high-quality data within our systems, and helping to increase the visibility of our brand across multiple channels.

As an integral part of the Marketing team, you will collaborate with local and regional stakeholders as well as external partners and service providers. This role offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in B2B marketing, apply your academic knowledge in a business environment, and further develop your communication, organizational and analytical skills alongside your studies.

This role is based in the Erfurt area and offers a hybrid working model with the flexibility to work partly remotely. Regular on-site attendance in Erfurt is expected, particularly during the onboarding period and for team collaboration. This is a fixed-term position until 31 March 2027.

Main responsibilities, tasks, duties:

  • Support a variety of marketing activities across digital campaigns, social media, content marketing, events, and lead generation
  • Create and publish engaging content for digital channels, including social media, websites, and email campaigns
  • Conduct market, industry, and competitor research to identify trends and opportunities
  • Help plan, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns while tracking and analyzing performance
  • Contribute to the management and improvement of customer and prospect data within our CRM system
  • Support the organization of events, webinars, and trade fairs
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners on marketing projects and promotional activities
  • Gain hands-on experience with modern marketing tools, digital channels, and performance analytics

Qualifications

  • Ongoing Bachelor's or Master's studies in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Media Management, or a related field
  • First practical experience through internships or working student positions in Marketing is an advantage
  • Strong interest in digital marketing, content creation, social media, and CRM systems
  • Confident use of MS Office applications
  • Experience with Salesforce, WordPress, LinkedIn Campaign Manager or email marketing tools is beneficial
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Fluent German and English language skills
