The role gives you a behind-the-scenes view of how a professional sports league is run and developed, as you will take part in high-level meetings with the Board of Governors, franchise owners and senior management, and help prepare the analyses and materials that inform them.

This internship presents an exciting opportunity to work at the executive level of an emerging European sports league, and get exposure to the business of American football. From day one, you will take ownership of your own projects and make a meaningful contribution to the league's continued growth.

WHAT YOU BRING

• Strong communication skills and the ability to build trusted working relationships

• Excellent written and spoken English; German or another European language is a plus

• Discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information

• Energy for an entrepreneurial environment

WHAT TO EXPECT FROM US

• Direct mentorship from the President and COO, and real responsibility from day one

• First-hand insight into league strategy, governance, commercial development, sports operations and business expansion

• A rare chance to help shape an emerging European sports league at an early stage

• Work in an international team and make an immediately visible impact

• A network and learning curve that will set you apart in sports business
