Join our executive programs team as a

Student Assistant

(m/f/x, 20 hours/week, starting from November 2026 for one year/ 14 EUR/hrs.)

and help shape the future by bringing your expertise and passion to ESMT.

How you will make a difference

You will

  • Work closely with our team of program managers and support the team by taking on a range of program-related tasks, such as:
  • Compiling program documentation for our participants, formatting, and printing
  • Setting up participant feedback surveys and preparing feedback reports
  • Setting up courses on our e-learning platform
  • Setting up seminar rooms (collect and distribute materials, prepare and distribute name labels)
  • Taking inventory of supplies and materials, placing orders and stocking-up
  • Preparing parcels with printings and materials for our off-campus programs
  • Research various topics using online sources
  • Assist in planning programs, conferences, meetings, seminars

You are qualified for this position, because you

  • Are enrolled in a full-time bachelor or master program at least until the end of November 2027
  • Are well-organized, able to multi-task, and meet deadlines
  • Have a great perception for details
  • Are able to keep calm in turbulent phases
  • Have fluent spoken and written English language skills, German language skills are a plus
  • Have strong working knowledge of the MS Office Suite (especially PowerPoint, Word and Excel)
  • Have strong service orientation and very good communication skills
  • Are a team player
  • Thrive in an international environment
