Description provided by EQS Group

JOIN OUR TEAM

EQS Group is a leading international cloud software provider in the areas of Compliance & Ethics, Data Privacy, Sustainability Management, and Investor Relations. We help thousands of companies worldwide build trust through transparent and responsible business practices.

As part of our Global Customer Experience organization, the Digital Customer Experience (DCX) team is building the next generation of customer engagement — where automation, AI, and digital programs work together to drive adoption, retention, and customer success at scale.

We are looking for a Working Student to join this team and contribute directly to the programs, tools, and content that make our digital initiatives visible, scalable, and impactful. This is a hands-on role where you will learn by doing — testing automations, structuring playbooks, coordinating initiatives, and helping us communicate our work inside and outside EQS.

Our Culture Drives Our Benefits

  • You're important. We foster a trusting environment and lifelong learning to support your individual development. Set personal development goals, receive support and regular feedback – we give you the tools to succeed.
  • Living our values. Our values connect us. They shape how we work and collaborate across teams and cultures, creating belonging, trust, and an environment where everyone can thrive.
  • Great atmosphere. We cultivate a dynamic culture where shared goals bring us together. From unforgettable company events to volunteering initiatives, we inspire and empower each other to make a positive impact.
  • Work-life balance is a must. We offer flexibility through our hybrid-working model, the ability to conveniently arrange your working hours, and the ability to work from abroad within the EU.

YOUR IMPACT

Help structure and scale the DCX team’s digital initiatives by making them visible, documented, and replicable. You sit at the intersection of operations, communication, and technology — turning ideas and experiments into organized, shareable, and measurable programs.

Your work will directly support the Customer Program Manager and Education Lead as they design and roll out automation, AI, and customer engagement initiatives across EQS.

What You’ll Do

Documentation & Knowledge Management

  • Document automation flows, process designs, and digital initiatives in structured, reusable formats (Sharepoint, Confluence, or similar).
  • Build and maintain internal playbooks that help the team and broader organization replicate what works.
  • Capture learnings from pilots and experiments so they can be shared and iterated on.

Testing & Continuous Improvement

  • Support the QA and testing of new automation flows, AI use cases, and digital journeys — both before and after launch.
  • Flag issues, edge cases, and improvement opportunities, and help implement fixes alongside the team.
  • Contribute to the evaluation of new tools and features with a critical, hands-on perspective.

Coordination of webinars

  • Coordination of webinars and knowledge-sharing sessions for existing customers.

Internal Communication & Visibility

  • Help produce internal content (newsletters, updates, summaries) that showcases DCX projects to the broader EQS organization.
  • Support the team in preparing materials for leadership updates and cross-functional reviews.

Program Support

  • Assist the Customer Program Manager and Education Lead on ongoing initiatives — tracking progress, coordinating stakeholders, and keeping projects on schedule.
  • Support the preparation and execution of customer-facing education programs and digital touchpoints.
  • Help maintain dashboards and trackers that give the team visibility into DCX performance and project status.

THIS IS YOU

This role is ideal for a self-driven student who is curious about digital topics, comfortable with ambiguity, and eager to build real, tangible skills in a fast-moving team.

What You Bring

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program (business, communications, information management, or a related field).
  • Strong autonomy and a fast learner — you figure things out before asking, and you bring your own ideas.
  • Hands-on mindset: you like to test, build, and improve things directly, not just observe.
  • Structured and rigorous — you produce clear, well-organized documentation and communication.
  • Proactive and resourceful: you navigate ambiguity and move things forward without being micromanaged.
  • Strong written communication skills in English (C1). Other languages are a plus - German, French, Italian, or Spanish.

Bonus Points

  • Genuine interest in SaaS, Customer Success, data, or AI-driven automation.
  • First exposure to tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, and Codex.
  • Experience with content creation, internal communications, or project coordination.

How You Operate

  • You are curious and hands-on — you don’t wait to be told what to do.
  • You think in systems: you see how the pieces connect and where the gaps are.
  • You communicate clearly and flag blockers early.
  • You are comfortable with experimentation — trying, failing fast, and improving.

What You’ll Gain

  • Exposure to cutting-edge topics: AI, automation, digital transformation, and customer experience strategy.
  • Real ownership from day one — your work will ship and be used by the team and by customers.
  • Close collaboration with experienced professionals and leadership on high-impact initiatives.
  • Tangible, portfolio-ready skills in operations, program management, digital tooling, and AI applications.
  • A fast-moving, startup-like environment inside a structured, international company.
