🚀 Be part of a movement to change the way Europe pays
In today’s digital world, payments often still feel outdated: random delays and confusing rules make it harder than it should be to pay and get paid. The European Payments Initiative (EPI) is here to change all that, forever.
With Wero, our digital wallet, we make sending and receiving money simple, seamless and secure across France, Belgium and Germany, with more countries and omnichannel solutions coming soon. Supported by 16 major banks and the two largest European acquirers, EPI is building a new, proudly European payment system: easy, instant and transparent, all for the greater good.
🔎 What's In It For You
With the help of our designers, you will define and analyze end‑to‑end user research activities to support member experience team. This includes planning and running usability studies, coordinating with project manager after go‑lives, and ensuring that user insights directly feed implementation improvements.
Always with the help of our designers, you will design research studies, prepare test materials, manage participant recruitment and quality, and oversee unmoderated testing in UserTesting. You’ll monitor tests as they run, adjust when needed, and ensure smooth logistics from setup to completion.
A key part of the role is analyzing results, reviewing recordings, identifying usability issues, capturing evidence, and turning findings into clear, actionable insights. You’ll produce concise reports, maintain a research log, and create materials for both internal and member‑facing sessions. Your analysis should always focus on the impact.
Collaboration is central: you’ll work closely with Design, Product, Marketing, and other teams to align on research priorities, translate insights into recommendations, and help strengthen user‑centred decision making across the organization.
You’ll also contribute to quality and governance: maintaining consistent testing templates, ensuring data quality, managing UserTesting administration, and keeping a simple playbook so the research process can be replicated by others.
🐝 About The Team
You’ll join the Member Experience team as one of two Student Workers based in Germany, working closely with Product, Design, Marketing, and other key stakeholders.
You’ll collaborate hand‑in‑hand with our designers, who will support you in planning, running, and analyzing user research activities, as well as with project managers post go‑live to ensure we continuously learn from every release.
Working up to 20 hours per week (the maximum legally permitted for student workers in Germany), you’ll help strengthen user‑centred decision‑making across the organization, ensuring that member feedback remains at the heart of what we build.
🕵🏻♀️ To succeed, you should meet at least 70% of these requirements
