Aufgaben

Du unterstützt das Team im täglichen Projektgeschäft und bearbeitest administrative Anfragen.
Außerdem pflegst und aktualisierst du Projektpläne und sorgst für eine nachvollziehbare Dokumentation.
Du unterstützt bei der Erstellung von Statusberichten sowie bei der Aufbereitung projektbezogener Informationen.
Darüber hinaus erstellst, koordinierst und kommunizierst du projektweite Reports.
Du unterstützt im Ressourcenmanagement sowie bei der Kapazitäts- und Einsatzplanung.
Du planst, organisierst und koordinierst Termine im Projektumfeld und übernimmst bei Bedarf ausgewählte Steuerungsaufgaben.

Anforderungen

Du bist in einem Studiengang wie BWL, Informatik, Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder einem vergleichbaren Bereich eingeschrieben.
Du arbeitest proaktiv, strukturiert und zuverlässig Du kannst dich selbstständig in neue Themen einarbeiten und stellst gezielt Fragen, wenn du Unterstützung benötigst.
Darüber hinaus bringst du ein gutes IT-Verständnis mit und hast idealerweise erste Erfahrungen mit Jira Erste Kenntnisse in den Bereichen Datenmigration, Testing oder Cutover sind von Vorteil.
