- Studium der Betriebswirtschaftslehre, (Wirtschafts-) Psychologie oder eines vergleichbaren Studiengangs (Schwerpunkt Personal)
- Ausgeprägte kommunikative Fähigkeiten sowie ein sicheres Auftreten gegenüber internen und externen Ansprechpartnern
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office
- Eigeninitiative und eine selbstständige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
- Teamfähigkeit und Spaß an der Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen Stakeholdern
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Planung und Organisation von Vorstellungsgesprächen
- Planung und Organisation unserer Trainings- und Weiterbildungsprogramme
- Support bei administrativen Aufgaben rund um das Thema Weiterbildung (z.B. Teilnehmermanagement, Dokumentation)
- Mitarbeit bei der Weiterentwicklung unseres Employer Brandings
- Mitarbeit beim Tracking unserer KPIs
- Unterstützung bei diversen internen HR-Projekten
