Task & Responsabilities
- You reconcile customer accounts and ensure that invoices and incoming payments are correctly allocated. In this context, you communicate with customers and collection agencies.
- You support the optimization and further development of the dunning and collection process.
- You record and review incoming supplier invoices in Navision.
- You prepare VAT reports and relevant documentation for our tax advisors.
- You support the further development and optimization of our accounting and controlling processes
Role requirements
- You are currently studying Finance, Accounting or Controlling, or you have completed relevant vocational training.
- You ideally have some initial practical experience in accounts receivable or accounts payable.
- You work reliably, carefully and in a structured manner.
- You handle confidential information responsibly.
- You ideally have experience using accounting software.
- You have good knowledge of MS Excel.
- You have excellent communication skills and communicate confidently with internal and external stakeholders.
