- Creation of MKT Po Numbers
- Updating Budget file with latest PO's and Revenue
- Take care of correct MKT invoicing. Each PO and invoice needs to be final check.
- Input of approved SOA into Sales Force
- Capturing actual sell out
- Weekly Update of sell in and sell out tracker for WE focus customers
- Support listing, Upload Content
- Weekly webpage check.
- You are enrolled in studies of business, media, marketing/communication or another relevant field of study
- You are committed, responsible, you work independently and have a hands-on mentality
- You have a structured way of working and an analytical mindset
- You enjoy working in a dynamic environment and in an international team
- You are fluent in German or English
- You have experience in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Ideally, you have some experience in the field of marketing
- The possibility to work independently in an experienced, vibrant and highly motivated team
