Creator Marketing at air up is a big deal - we’re talking real impact on growth and revenue.
Now, we’re on the search for a French-speaking Marketing Intern to join our team and gets excited about making noise in the French market.
Your responsibilities
- Identifying relevant creators for long-term brand partnerships
- Developing and managing relationships with creators, influencers and agencies
- Supporting with our Ambassador and Affiliate Programs, focusing on nano- and micro-creators
- Supporting the team for the monthly planning and management of a six-digit budget covering the French market
- Taking full ownership of budget and creator campaigns, covering the ideation of creative concepts, creator negotiations, contracting, day-to-day communication, content reviews, performance analysis and campaign reporting
- Monitoring, reporting & analyzing campaigns on a monthly basis and maximizing campaigns based on insights
- Staying up-to-date with the latest creator marketing economy trends and incorporating them into your strategies & campaigns
- Working closely with other cross-functional departments to deliver fully integrated 360 creator marketing campaigns (paid social, CRM, etc)
- Collaborating with the wider marketing team to ensure local market learnings are shared in order to optimize overall performance
This is you
- Business fluent in French and English
- You feel at home in Social Media and especially on TikTok, having a feeling for current and future trends and creators are always on your mind
- Maybe you already have professional Social Media or Creator Marketing experience from previous jobs
- You are an above average creative mind and love to ideate on concepts and bring them to live
- Content creation and editing skills are definitely a plus
- Familiar with the creator ecosystem in France
- You are a communicative and committed person and are able to handle various projects at a time
- Skilled in using Google Sheets
- You have a knack for numbers and bring above average negotiation and analytical skills with you
- You are based in Munich or open to relocate

Wochenstunden
Praktika haben keine 20-Stunden-Grenze, ein freiwilliges Praktikum über drei Monate muss aber in der Regel mindestens den Mindestlohn zahlen. Pflichtpraktika im Studium sind davon ausgenommen.
Werkstudenten-RegelnSozialabgaben
Pflichtpraktika sind weitgehend von Sozialabgaben befreit. Freiwillige Praktika gelten ab einer gewissen Dauer als reguläre Beschäftigung, dann fallen meist Beiträge an.
Versicherung prüfenInternationale Studierende
Studierende von außerhalb der EU dürfen 140 volle oder 280 halbe Tage im Jahr arbeiten (seit März 2024, zuvor 120/240). Ein Werkstudentenvertrag passt meist in diesen Rahmen — prüfe die genauen Grenzen auf deinem Aufenthaltstitel.
