We're now looking for an Administrative Assistant Intern. This is an up to 6 months internship role, based onsite in our Dusseldorf office, with 40 hours per week required.


Your challenges:

  1. Contract Review: Assist in drafting, reviewing, and managing the company's contracts and legal documents, and optimize and update contract templates;
  2. Legal research and retrieval: Assist in retrieving relevant laws, regulations, and cases in Europe, North America, and Australia, mainly covering areas such as advertising compliance, consumer protection and complaints, and intellectual property rights protection.
  3. Legal consultation and threat and risk assessment: Assist in connecting with non-China business departments, understand business needs, and assess legal risks;
  4. Other tasks assigned by superior leaders.


Your profile includes:

  1. Proficient in using retrieval tools such as Lexis, Practical Law, ChatGPT, Copilot, etc.;
  2. Meticulous and responsible in work, highly self-driven, with teamwork skills and strong communication and collaboration abilities;
  3. Currently enrolled as a full-time undergraduate or graduate student in a law major, with non-China study experience preferred;
  4. Preference will be given to those who can intern for a long term (more than 3 months);
  5. Preference will be given to those with internship experience in a company's non-China legal affairs position.
  6. Fluent in English and German (additional European languages are a plus)
