Your mission

Supporting Sales & Customer Management

  • Together with the Sales team, you contribute to supporting existing customers and partners across the defence, security, and aerospace industries.
  • Through research on markets, target groups, and potential business partners, you help identify new business opportunities.
  • Maintaining customer data and sales activities in Salesforce and other CRM systems is part of your responsibilities.
  • You actively support the preparation and follow-up of customer meetings and assist with tracking sales activities.

Supporting Sales Campaigns & Lead Generation

  • You contribute to the implementation of sales and lead-generation initiatives.
  • Sales materials, presentations, and proposal documents are prepared and refined with your support.
  • By conducting market and competitor research, you provide valuable insights for business development activities.
  • You also assist with reporting, analysis, and the evaluation of sales performance metrics.
Collaboration with Internal Teams
  • Working closely with the Sales, Marketing, Sponsorship, and Operations teams, you contribute to a variety of cross-functional projects.
  • You provide organisational and operational support for customer and partner activities.
  • In addition, you gain hands-on experience supporting projects related to DSEI Germany from planning through to realisation.
Event Support
  • You assist with the preparation and delivery of exhibitions, conferences, and networking events.
  • During events, you support customers, partners, and delegations while gaining valuable insight into the exhibition industry.
  • You will learn first-hand how sales, business development, and marketing come together to deliver a successful international trade exhibition.



Your profile

  • You are currently enrolled in a degree programme in Business Administration, International Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • An interest in sales, business development, and customer relationship management motivates you.
  • A structured, reliable, and proactive way of working is one of your strengths.
  • Excellent communication skills and a genuine enjoyment of working with people set you apart.
  • You are proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Initial experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce is an advantage.
  • You have excellent German and English language skills.
  • A hands-on mentality and an interest in international markets and events complete your profile.
