Das Sind Ihre Aufgaben
- Unterstützung der Bauleitung bei der Abwicklung von anspruchsvollen Hochbauprojekten
- Mitarbeit in der Bauleitung und bei der Baustellenorganisation
- Erlernen von Sicherheitsvorschriften, Arbeitsabläufen und Baustellenorganisation
- Immatrikulation im Studiengang Bauingenieurwesens oder Architektur (Diplom/Bachelor/Master)
- Motivation und Teamgeist
- Lust auf Herausforderungen
- Selbstständige Arbeitsweise
- Tiefergehende Einblicke in den Beruf des Bauleiters (m/w/d)
- Betreuung durch einen Mentor (m/w/d)
- Moderne Arbeitsmethoden, z. B. BIM und Lean-Construction
- Tatkräftige Unterstützung und Know-How von den Mitarbeitern am Standort
- Vor-, Zwischen- oder Nachpraktikum im Bereich des Studiums
