Description provided by Douglas

Our Learning & Development team shapes how people at DOUGLAS learn and grow. We do this through our international training platform, the DOUGLAS Academy, through in-person trainings and through new learning formats that bring knowledge to life.

We are looking for you as an intern to help us take the learning experience at DOUGLAS to the next level. In this role, you combine digital learning, training organisation and internal communication. You also gain insights into leadership development and appraisal processes. Would you like to make learning content visible, try out new formats and gain hands-on experience in Human Resources? A committed team is looking forward to welcoming you.

TASKS WITH IMPACT

  • Organisation and coordination of our in-person trainings: from participant management and room and schedule planning to ensuring everything runs smoothly on the day
  • Testing new learning formats and contributing your own ideas, you actively help shape our Learning & Development offering
  • For our intranet, newsletters and other internal channels, you create engaging posts, announcements and campaigns that make our learning content visible and appealing
  • Evaluation of feedback and of the impact of your initiatives, as well as continuous refinement of content and formats
  • In addition, you support further projects and events, including the organisation of our monthly Welcome Day and our internal learning platform, the DOUGLAS Academy

Your Skills

  • You are studying business, social sciences, humanities or a comparable field
  • Ideally, you have already gained first experience in Learning & Development, event management or talent management, possibly including the design and delivery of learning formats
  • Modern learning formats and digital learning technologies interest you. You enjoy getting to grips with new tools and are open to trying out new methods
  • With a structured approach, you plan your tasks, keep track of several topics at once and work carefully down to the detail
  • Shaping internal communication appeals to you, and you enjoy preparing content for the intranet, newsletters and campaigns in a way that suits the audience
  • Together with the team, you drive projects forward, share your knowledge and coordinate closely with your contacts
  • Your German is confident, both spoken and written (at least level C1)

DO YOU RECOGNIZE YOURSELF?

Then become part of our international company and apply, stating your salary expectations and possible starting date.

As an international employer, we stand for equal opportunities and diversity. We therefore welcome applications from mothers, fathers, people with disabilities and people from the LGBTQIA+ community. Please let us know if, for example, we should use a gender-neutral pronoun, if you need barrier-free access to our offices or if we should allow more time for the application process.

We look forward to hearing from you!
