Your Responsibilities

As a student assistant in UX Research, you will be part of our Product Management Team and actively contribute to improving the user experience and usability of all DocuWare products. You will support us in research activities and gain diverse insights into the work of UX researchers in a dynamic and international company.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • You will support our user research activities, including preparing, conducting, and analyzing interviews, user tests, and online surveys to evaluate new and existing features, concepts, and designs with our users.
  • You will be responsible for recruiting DocuWare users and organizing sessions for user tests, interviews, and workshops.
  • You will actively contribute to the further development of our product tester program (https://start.docuware.com/de/docuware-product-tester-program) and maintain our user pool.
  • You will conduct research on various topics related to current research activities.
  • You will work closely with UX researchers, UX designers, UX writers, and product owners.

What You Need To Succeed

  • You are a student in psychology, human factors, human-computer interaction, or a related field.
  • You are interested in UX.
  • You have an interest in, or ideally some experience with, empirical research methods.
  • You have initial experience with test design and statistical analysis.
  • You have excellent German and English skills.
  • You enjoy learning new things, are reliable, and work independently and meticulously.
  • You possess strong organizational skills and initiative.
