Du steuerst und begleitest Reviewprozesse in Smart-PLM – von Draftständen über Revieweinladungen bis hin zu Finals und Materialverknüpfungen.
Du bereitest Approval Sheets vor, holst Unterschriften ein und pflegst alle relevanten Unterlagen sauber im System.
Du hältst verschiedene Projektlisten (z. B. TechPubPlanning, StandDoku) aktuell und stellst die Datenqualität sicher.
Du recherchierst projektrelevante Informationen (z. B. in SAP), gleichst Daten ab und kümmerst dich um Uploads ins Customer Portal.

Das bringst du mit:

Du studierst Technische Redaktion, (Wirtschafts-) Ingenieurwesen oder einen vergleichbaren Studiengang.
Du verfügst über sichere MS-Office Kenntnisse, speziell Excel und Word.
