WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
You support our accounting team in daily operations across accounts receivable, accounts payable, and general ledger, gaining a holistic understanding of processes.
You assist with the processing of incoming invoices and help ensure smooth and accurate accounting workflows.
You support the review of travel expenses and contribute to the preparation of tax-relevant financial data, such as non-cash benefits and employee allowances.
You take on tasks in master data maintenance and help ensure that all records are accurate and up to date.
You assist the team with ad-hoc requests and actively contribute to ongoing projects within the accounting environment.
You gain insights into various processes and have the opportunity to contribute your own ideas and support continuous improvement initiatives.
WHAT YOU BRING
You are currently enrolled in a degree program such as Business Administration, Economics, or a comparable field – ideally with a focus on accounting, controlling, or finance.
You have completed your undergraduate studies and are available to work as a working student for at least two more semesters.
You have a strong interest in accounting topics and are motivated to apply and deepen your theoretical knowledge in practice.
You work reliably, independently, and in a structured manner, maintaining a clear overview even when handling complex tasks.
You are a team player, show initiative, and stand out through your careful and detail-oriented working style.
You have business-fluent German language skills (mandatory) and very good English skills, both written and spoken.
You are confident using MS Office, especially Excel, and are comfortable working with digital tools.
