Join our team in Bonn for an internship program (40 hours per week)
Duration: 6 months with the possibility of extension
Important
You must be enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program throughout the duration of the internship and have the right to work in Germany.
Your Opportunity
Join the DHL Supply Chain Europe Talent Center of Excellence and help us use data, AI and digital solutions to improve the way we support talent development and people decisions across Europe.
This internship offers practical experience in analytics, reporting, Power BI, AI-enabled productivity tools and digital transformation initiatives. You will work with real business challenges and contribute to projects that support Talent Management, Learning & Development and employee development across the region.
Your Tasks
- Support the creation and maintenance of reports, dashboards and data visualizations.
- Analyze Talent and Learning data and identify insights and trends.
- Prepare presentations and recommendations based on data findings.
- Support Power BI reporting and dashboard development activities.
- Explore opportunities to leverage Microsoft Copilot and other approved digital tools.
- Contribute to digitalization, process improvement and automation initiatives.
- Support Talent systems-related activities and reporting processes.
- Create user guides, documentation and knowledge-sharing materials.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across Europe and Global teams.
Your Profile
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program.
- Strong analytical mindset and interest in working with data.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Experience with Power BI through studies, projects or internships is highly desirable.
- Interest in AI, digital innovation and technology.
- Curiosity about how Microsoft Copilot can enhance productivity and business processes.
- Strong problem-solving, communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to learn quickly and work independently.
- Fluent in English.
