Aufgaben

Du bist der erste Ansprechpartner für den Kunden vor Ort und am Telefon.
Du unterstützt den Kunden technisch sowie inhaltlich bei der Klärung von Fragen zum Zahlungsverkehr, zum Konto-Service und zum Online-Banking.
Weiterhin entlastest Du unsere Berater bei telefonischen Terminvereinbarungen.
Du übernimmst administrative und organisatorische Themen in der Filiale.
Es erwartet Dich eine attraktive Vergütung, bei einer Tätigkeit von mind. 20 Stunden pro Woche.

Profil

Du bist immatrikulierter Studierender (m/w/d) der Wirtschaftswissenschaften, BWL oder eines vergleichbaren Studiengangs.
Idealerweise konntest Du bereits erste praktische Erfahrungen im Finanzsektor sammeln.
Du zeichnest dich durch ein hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative, Sorgfalt sowie Lösungsorientierung aus.
Zudem bist Du konfliktfähig, kommunikationsstark und arbeitest gerne in einem Team.
Du kannst es dir zeitlich einrichten, an mindestens zwei Nachmittagen pro Woche die Filiale zu unterstützen.
