In a nutshell
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Working Student to support our RFP and Travel Trade Marketing teams with day-to-day operations, research, marketing activities, and small-scale projects. Working closely with the teams, you will gain hands-on experience in RFP management, travel trade marketing, and cross-functional project coordination.
Tasks & Responsibilities
- Support the RFP and Travel Trade Marketing teams with day-to-day operational tasks under the guidance and supervision of full-time team members.
- Support RFP process with adding New RFPs to the platform, coordinating submission with our member hotels throughout the season
- Assist with data management and updates across relevant platforms, including Cvent, Salesforce, Asana, and Tableau.
- Support the preparation and execution of RFP activities, including data checks, rate loading, and follow-ups.
- Assist with execution of Travel Trade Marketing activities, Design Hotels Pro, and related communications.
- Support the preparation of reports, presentations, overviews, and marketing collateral.
- Conduct market, industry, and competitor research as required.
- Support small-scale projects and initiatives, taking responsibility for defined tasks from coordination through to execution.
- Assist with cross-departmental projects and ad-hoc activities across RFP, Travel Trade Marketing, Sales, and Distribution.
Experience & Mindset
- Currently studying Business Administration, Hospitality management or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Interest to develop analytical, research, and data management skills.
- Digital affinity in MS Office particularly Excel and willingness to learn systems such as Cvent, Salesforce, Asana, and Tableau.
- Strong communication, proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
- Fluent in English
