Why this role matters

Europe needs flexible capacity, and it needs it fast. Every new wind farm and solar park needs storage to keep the grid stable – and that is exactly what we build. Delta Capacity invests in, develops and operates large-scale standalone battery storage (BESS) across Germany, Finland, Sweden, Italy and Spain. We enter projects in early stages – greenfield, ready-to-build (RTB), EPC-ready – and take them through procurement, financing and construction to operation. From RTB, our projects reach COD in 12–18 months: our first two Finnish projects, 125 MW / 300 MWh each, are heading for COD in 2027.

We are looking for an IT Intern who wants to put AI to work in a real business. You build and run the Claude/ChatGPT agents that read, draft and analyse for our small team, connect them securely to our tools and data, and own the SharePoint sites and third-party access we use with partners. Your work keeps the overviews and dashboards up to date that our founders and managers use to steer the portfolio.

What you will achieve during your internship

• Run and extend our Claude/ChatGPT setup – agents, skills and connectors – so the team saves hours every week on email, documents and data rooms.
• Turn manual processes into reliable, documented AI workflows on top of our tools, such as Notion, Attio and Slack.
• Bring our SharePoint sites and third-party access into a clean, secure structure that agents and people can both work with.
• Deliver a portfolio dashboard, kept current with AI support, and make AI part of the daily routine of our investment, finance and project teams.

What you will do

AI agents and workflows

• Build, test and maintain Claude/ChatGPT agents, skills and prompts for our investment, finance and project teams.
• Map team processes and turn the repetitive ones into agentic workflows – from email triage and document drafting to data room reviews.
• Track what works, test new models and features, and write short guides and demos so everyone gets the most out of the tools.

IT, access and data

• Connect agents to our tools and data – Notion, Attio, Slack, email, calendar and Drive – through APIs and MCP connectors, with clear access rules and secure credentials.
• Run our SharePoint sites and third-party access – shared spaces for partners, advisors and lenders, external access granted and revoked on time, and agents that index and review the content.
• Keep portfolio overviews, project trackers and open-point lists current, with agents that pull updates from emails, models and documents.
• Build and update dashboards for project milestones, cash and key financials, fed from one consistent source of truth.

What you bring

• Enrolled in business informatics, computer science, engineering or a similar programme.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs such as Claude or ChatGPT and a feel for state-of-the-art prompts; Claude Code, MCP or agent frameworks are a big plus.
• Basic Python and a good understanding of APIs, authentication and access rights; experience with SharePoint, Make or Zapier, or Power BI is a plus.
• A structured, careful way of working, and you enjoy clear documentation.
• Very good German and English, and a genuine interest in energy and finance.
