We are currently hiring for an exciting opportunity as a Working Student (m/f/d) – Partner Acquisition to join our team.

Join the Partner Ecosystem organization at Dassault Systèmes and contribute to the development of the EUROCENTRAL Partner Ecosystem of the Future! Working in an international environment, the team focuses on identifying, engaging, and acquiring new partners to strengthen market coverage, support business growth, and create long-term value across industries and territories.

Role Description & Responsibilities

  • Drive research and identification of potential software partners across target markets, industries, and territories
  • Spearhead partner outreach campaigns through email, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels
  • Champion the screening and qualification of potential partners to assess their fit with our platform, products, and go-to-market strategy
  • Shape the partner acquisition and onboarding process by coordinating meetings, preparing documentation, and tracking progress
  • Own and continuously optimize partner pipelines and databases to ensure accurate, timely information throughout the acquisition process
  • Partner closely with the worldwide Partner Recruitment team as well as Sales, Marketing, and Partner Enablement teams to fuel successful partner engagement and activation

Qualifications

  • You are currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field
  • You have a strong interest in technology, software ecosystems, partner acquisition, business development, or channel management
  • You have excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English; additional languages such as French or Polish are considered an advantage
  • You are proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, and are familiar with LinkedIn and other digital research tools
  • You have an analytical mindset, strong attention to detail, and the ability to structure and evaluate information effectively
  • You are proactive, well-organized, and able to work independently while effectively collaborating with international and cross-functional teams in a dynamic, multicultural environment

Sozialabgaben

Dank des Werkstudentenprivilegs zahlst du keine Beiträge zur Kranken-, Pflege- und Arbeitslosenversicherung — nur die Rentenversicherung greift. Dir bleibt mehr netto als in einem regulären Job.

Versicherung prüfen

Internationale Studierende

Studierende von außerhalb der EU dürfen 140 volle oder 280 halbe Tage im Jahr arbeiten (seit März 2024, zuvor 120/240). Ein Werkstudentenvertrag passt meist in diesen Rahmen — prüfe die genauen Grenzen auf deinem Aufenthaltstitel.
