Intern RTM excellence & Performance (m/w/d)

About The Job

• Ensure data consistency, automation, and reliability across all performance tracking
• Develop, maintain, and continuously improve Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions
• Translate data into actionable insights to improve service levels and operational efficiency
• Track, analyze, and communicate Route-to-Market KPIs (e.g. OTIF, DPD, cost-to-serve)
• Collaborate and coordinate with the relevant Stakeholders the KPI performance and define & track action plans
• Provide analytical support for Route-to-Market optimization (flows, networks, delivery models)
• Contribute to business cases and scenario analyses to optimize cost-to-serve
  
  

About you

• University degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, or similar
• First experience in Supply Chain, Performance Management, or Analytics (FMCG is a plus)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• High level of business curiosity and ownership
• Structured, well-organized and able to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (modeling, data handling)
• Good knowledge of Power BI
• Interest in developing data & analytics capabilities further
• Fluent English skills; German is am advantage
• Start is 01.07.2026 in Frankfurt am Main or Munich – with the option to work flexibly from a home office.
