Description provided by Dalma.
We are looking for a B2C Growth Intern to join our Berlin-based team.
As we scale our growth roadmap, we have identified high-impact levers—including Referral (RAF), Influence, and GEO/SEO—that are ready for takeoff. Your role will be the “engine” behind these initiatives, moving them from maintenance mode to active experimentation. You will work directly with our growth stack (HubSpot, Webflow, AirOps, PeecAI) to execute campaigns that directly move the needle on user acquisition and retention.
You will report to Marie-Anne Ducharne in the Growth team, who owns Referral and GEO/SEO globally, and work hand in hand with Inès Britel from the Brand team, who leads Influence for the German market.
Your missions
- Referral & Campaign Growth: Lead the end-to-end setup of referral campaigns in DE & FR. This includes creative ideation, copywriting for emails/push notifications, and building the logic flows within HubSpot. You'll work hand-in-hand with our RAF channel owner to keep campaigns moving fast across both markets.
- Influence: Own creator sourcing and vetting, media kit and offer reviews, and production management for our DE influencer program. The goal: bring our proven FR influencer playbook to Germany, working closely with our FR channel lead to adapt what's already working.
- SEO & GEO: Ensure our brand remains visible in the age of AI search. You will manage programmatic content in Webflow, optimize for LLM discovery, and support digital PR and community-driven growth (Reddit, back-linking). You'll work alongside our SEO/GEO lead to prioritize where AI-driven search is moving fastest.
- Market Intelligence: Feed findings back into RAF and SEO/GEO planning — competitive benchmarking and trend-spotting that shapes where we experiment next.
Must have :
- Academic Background: Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program (Digital Marketing, Business, or a related field).
- Languages: Fluency in German and English is essential.
- Experience: Previous working experience in a fast-paced startup environment or a marketing agency.
- Technical Aptitude: A “builder” mindset with an interest in mastering tools like HubSpot.
- Availability: Minimum of 6 months, based in Berlin.
Nice to have :
- Fluency in French.
- Experience in Influencer management, SEO/GEO and marketing tools (eg Hubspot).
- A data-driven approach—you’re comfortable looking at a funnel and suggesting where to experiment next.
- Discovery call with Marie-Anne Ducharne / Inès Britel , 30min
- Case Study debrief with Marie-Anne Ducharne / Inès Britel / Nik Smidt , 1h
- Culture Fit with Lukas Hauser, 30min
Working student essentials

Working student rulesSocial contributions
Mandatory internships are largely exempt from social contributions. Voluntary internships are treated like regular employment once they run long enough, so contributions usually apply.
