We are a team of seven HR professionals with diverse responsibilities across the people spectrum. Whether it is leadership and talent development, culture initiatives, organizational topics or HR business partnering, we work closely together to support our business and employees. WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
- Support the preparation and facilitation of workshops, training sessions and events
- Create presentations, communication materials and management updates
- Support international HR and organizational development projects
- Take ownership of individual work packages and initiatives
- Support development programs and learning initiatives
- Contribute to employee engagement and culture projects
- Support the follow-up process of the annual employee survey, including analysis coordination, action planning and communication activities
- Assist in the planning and execution of HR communication initiatives and campaigns

Qualifikationen
THAT’S WHY YOU ARE A MATCH
- Studies in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, Social Sciences, Communication or a comparable field
- Strong interest in People Development and Corporate Culture
- Experiences with MS-Office
- Very good communication skills and proficiency in English and German
- Engagement
- Ability to work in a team
- Analytical way of thinking and strategic way of working
