Our newly opened Innovation Center in Dortmund is dedicated to R&D, technical service, and marketing. Here, we are conducting research on new and sustainable technologies like electric mobility.
Key responsibilities 🧪
- Slurry formulation and rheological optimization for high-precision coating via doctor blading and slot-die techniques
- Precision assembly of battery cells in controlled environments, such as gloveboxes or dry rooms
- Execution and evaluation of battery material tests in strict accordance with OEM norms and international standards
- Systematic documentation and analysis of experimental data to support scientific decision-making and enhance technical presentations
- Coordination of laboratory operations including inventory management
Your profile 🌟
- Currently enrolled in a university at MSc level, studying chemical/mechanical/polymer engineering or a related field
- Hands-on experience in material synthesis and multi-step purification
- Expertise in battery application methods is a plus
- Analytical thinking skills to correlate structure to performance properties and draw conclusions from data
- Cooperative working style and a proactive, positive attitude
- Familiarity with and strict adherence to laboratory safety protocols
