Data Science – Germany | Remote Opportunity

We are hiring for one of our clients for a Data Science opportunity in Germany. The role is suitable for professionals with strong analytical, statistical, and machine learning skills who are interested in contributing to data-driven projects and developing practical solutions using modern data science technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze structured and unstructured datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.

• Develop, evaluate, and optimize statistical and machine learning models.

• Perform data cleaning, preprocessing, exploratory data analysis, and feature engineering.

• Build predictive models and analytical solutions to support business decision-making.

• Work with Python and data science libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, and Matplotlib.

• Apply statistical methods to validate analytical findings and model performance.

• Develop clear and effective data visualizations to communicate insights.

• Collaborate with technical and business teams to understand requirements and translate them into data-driven solutions.

• Document analytical approaches, methodologies, assumptions, and findings.

• Contribute to improving data quality, analytical processes, and model performance.

Core Requirements

• Strong understanding of data science, statistics, and machine learning concepts.

• Proficiency in Python and relevant data science libraries.

• Good knowledge of SQL and relational databases.

• Understanding of supervised and unsupervised learning techniques.

• Knowledge of data preprocessing, feature engineering, model evaluation, and validation.

• Ability to work with complex datasets and derive meaningful insights.

• Familiarity with data visualization techniques and tools.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.

• Effective communication skills with the ability to explain technical findings clearly.

• Strong attention to detail and a structured approach to problem-solving.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud.

• Familiarity with TensorFlow, PyTorch, or other deep learning frameworks.

• Knowledge of Natural Language Processing, time-series analysis, or recommendation systems.

• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar visualization platforms.

• Understanding of MLOps, model deployment, or data pipeline development.

• Familiarity with Git and collaborative development practices.
