About the Role
This internship sits within the sales team of an early-stage B2B SaaS company operating in the AI-powered enterprise content space. You will work alongside experienced sales professionals, gaining hands-on exposure to the full B2B sales cycle while directly contributing to customer acquisition and revenue growth.
What You'll Do
- Identify and qualify both inbound and outbound leads to build a healthy pipeline.
- Conduct outreach to prospective customers via email and phone under close guidance.
- Maintain and update CRM records to keep pipeline data accurate and actionable.
- Prepare sales collateral, presentations, and tailored proposals for prospects.
- Coordinate meetings and product demos between prospects and account teams.
- Track sales metrics and produce straightforward reports to support team decisions.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align messaging and materials.
What We're Looking For
- Native German speaker with strong written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Currently enrolled in or recently completed a degree in business, marketing, economics, or a related field.
- Up to 1 year of professional sales or customer-facing experience; recent graduates and students are welcome to apply.
- Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot, or a genuine eagerness to learn them quickly.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a results-oriented mindset.
- Comfortable working at pace in a small, fast-moving startup environment and collaborating across functions.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary: 22,200 EUR annually. Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.
