Als Praktikant:in erhältst du die Möglichkeit, aktiv Teil unseres Teams zu werden und wertvolle praktische Erfahrungen zu sammeln. Du wirst durch erfahrene Mitarbeitende begleitet und bekommst einen umfassenden Einblick in verschiedene Aufgabenbereiche.
Deine Aufgaben können sein:
- Unterstützung im Alltag der Bewohner:innen
- Begleitung bei Freizeit- und Gruppenangeboten
- Mithilfe bei der Tagesstrukturierung
- Einblicke in sozialpädagogische und pflegerische Abläufe
- Zusammenarbeit im interdisziplinären Team
