We're looking for a motivated Working Student – Affiliate Marketing who wants to gain hands-on experience in one of the fastest-growing areas of digital marketing.
🎯 Your Mission
You'll support our Affiliate Marketing team in managing campaigns, analyzing performance, and building successful partnerships. This is a great opportunity to gain practical experience while working alongside experienced marketing professionals.
🧩 What You'll Do
- Support the management of affiliate marketing campaigns
- Research and identify potential affiliate partners and publishers
- Help maintain and expand our affiliate partner network
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports
- Assist with performance analysis and optimization
- Support communication with partners and affiliate networks
- Conduct market and competitor research
- Help improve internal processes and documentation
- Assist the team with day-to-day administrative tasks
✅ What We're Looking For
- You're currently enrolled at a university or college
- Strong interest in Affiliate Marketing, Digital Marketing, or E-Commerce
- Analytical mindset and attention to detail
- Excellent organizational skills
- Reliable, proactive, and eager to learn
- Good knowledge of Google Workspace or Microsoft Office
- Fluent German and good English skills
➕ Nice to Have
- First experience in Digital Marketing or Affiliate Marketing
- Familiarity with Excel or Google Sheets
- Basic understanding of online marketing KPIs
- Experience with affiliate networks is a plus, but not required
