🧠 About the Role
As a Founders Associate, you will work directly with the founders and get a front-row seat to building a startup.
This is not a typical internship. You’ll take ownership of projects and drive them independently.
Your scope can range from Sales and Business Development to strategic projects - and also things you identify yourself and push forward with us.
⚡️ What You’ll Do
- Work directly with the founders on high-impact topics
- Support and drive Business Development & Sales
- Work on strategic projects (GTM, partnerships, expansion)
- Take ownership of projects from idea to execution improving Customer Success
- Test new approaches and build new initiatives using automation tools
- Collaborate across Product, Tech, and Operations
- Jump in wherever you can create the most impact

- Experience using AI tools or automations (e.g. GPT, workflows, no-code tools) is a plus
- Strong ownership mindset and hands-on attitude
- Good communication skills
- Structured but pragmatic way of working
- Very good German and good English
