Ihr Aufgabengebiet

• Zeiterfassung und die damit zusammenhängenden Kontrollaufgaben
• Unterstützung bei der Durchführung der Entgeltabrechnung
• Erstellung von Auswertungen und Statistiken sowie Bescheinigungen
• Erstellung und Überarbeitung von Dokumentationen und Handbücher
• Ablage von Unterlagen und Dokumenten
• Mitarbeit bei diversen HR-Projekten
  
  

Ihr Profil

Sie sind noch in der Schule oder im Studium oder haben Interesse an einer Aushilfstätigkeit, um praktische Einblicke in die HR-Arbeit zu gewinnen. Sie arbeiten gerne im Team, bleiben auch bei wechselnden Aufgaben flexibel und haben Freude am Umgang mit Menschen. Zuverlässigkeit, eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise und ein verantwortungsvoller Umgang mit vertraulichen Daten sind für Sie selbstverständlich, ebenso wie die Offenheit, sich in neue Themen und digitale Tools einzuarbeiten.
