Your Responsibilities

  • Logistics & Goods Flow: Processing requests from departments, managing work and shipping materials, receiving, inspecting, and distributing deliveries, as well as recording and preparing outgoing packages for shipment
  • Mail Management: Distributing incoming mail within the headquarters and organizing and handing over outgoing mail
  • Printing Services: Creating presentations and training materials, as well as providing support by printing and shipping the materials
  • Supplies Management: Providing and shipping office supplies, ordering ergonomic office furniture and consumables
  • POP-UP Store Support: Preparing samples and assisting with the setup of our in-house pop-up shops
  • Project work within the service teams

What You Bring

  • Currently enrolled as a full-time student
  • Good level of physical fitness
  • A strong solution-oriented mindset in approaching tasks
  • Ability to remain calm and composed, even in stressful situations
  • Excellent communication skills in both German and English
  • Confident use of MS Office applications
  • Team spirit, reliability, and a friendly demeanor complete the profile

Versicherung prüfen

Internationale Studierende

Studierende von außerhalb der EU dürfen 140 volle oder 280 halbe Tage im Jahr arbeiten (seit März 2024, zuvor 120/240). Ein Werkstudentenvertrag passt meist in diesen Rahmen — prüfe die genauen Grenzen auf deinem Aufenthaltstitel.
