Deine Aufgaben:
- Unterstützung bei der Aufbereitung und Erweiterung des monatlichen Berichtwesens
- Analyse, Aufbereitung und Visualisierung von Daten (Excel / Powerpoint)
- Vorbereitung und Dokumentation von Workshops und internen Meetings
- Unterstützung bei allgemeinen administrativen und organisatorischen Aufgaben
- Unterstützung beim Aufbau eines Servicecontrollings
- Unterstützung bei Sonderthemen (z.B. Jahresabschlussveranstaltung, Überwachung, Verbesserungsmaßnahmen, etc.)
- Eingeschriebene/r Student/in im fortgeschrittenen Bachelor- (mindestens 3. Semester) oder Masterstudium IT-Management, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder vergleichbar
- Analytisches Denkvermögen sowie eine zielorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Organisationsfähigkeiten
- Eigeninitiative und Kreativität
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse
- Routinierter Umgang mit MS Office
- Organisationsfähigkeiten
- Freundlichkeit und Zuverlässigkeit
