Tasks & Responsibilities: What awaits you
- Sales research & RFP/RFI support – develop client questionnaires and pitch books, log all product campaign actions and follow ups
- Client data & KYC management – create and update client profiles to global standards, assist in KYC verification, keep CRM records, organized client/internal folders, and team KPIs current
- End to end sales assistance – support every stage of the sales cycle, including new client onboarding and product sales campaigns
- Cross team efficiency & audit compliance – lead process improvement projects, coordinate procedural filing, and review/execute audit actions
- Data analysis & senior management reporting – analyze sales related data, turn insights into clear presentations, and maintain executive sponsor documentation
- Market & client research – conduct research to provide relationship managers with actionable intelligence
- Currently studying business or in a related field
- Experience in the Financial Services Industry
- Proficient in standard software applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- A proactive team player who is self-motivated
- Strong communication skills with the ability to convey ideas clearly and concisely
- Organized and methodical working style
- Fluent in German and English (C1 Level required)
