Our Trade-In team is part of the New Retail ecosystem at the BMW Group and shapes the digitalization and optimization of the Trade-In customer and dealer journey. We collaborate closely with stakeholders across markets, IT, and business functions to support decision-making, reporting, and strategic initiatives.
What awaits you?
- You support the preparation of recurring Trade-In reports, including monthly updates and funnel reports.
- Furthermore, you help structure and prepare business cases, such as Dealer Offer topics.
- In addition, you support tender (RFP) processes and related documentation and you assist in creating and refining process visualizations, such as target pictures and customer journey flows.
- Furthermore, you help prepare presentations for decision boards, management discussions, and All Hands meetings.
- In addition, you support the organization of team workshops, All Hands meetings, and events.
- Moreover, you contribute to AI-related initiatives, such as best practices and internal guidelines.
- Furthermore, you support the training needs analysis and help coordinate training activities.
What should you bring along?
- Studies in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and structured thinking.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
- High attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Proactive mindset with a collaborative, team-oriented approach and interest in digitalization and the automotive business.
- Fluent in German and English, spoken and written.

Internships have no 20-hour cap, but a voluntary internship longer than three months generally has to pay at least the German minimum wage. Mandatory internships in your study programme are exempt.
