Your mission
For our Strategic Partnerships Team in Berlin, we are looking for a working student (all genders) to support daily partnerships operations, research and knowledge management, and communication and outreach.
Overview of the position:
Hours: up to 20 hours per week
Starting date: as soon as possible
Duration: one-year contract
Salary: 16 € per hour
Location: Berlin, Germany
Partnerships Operations
- Prepare briefing notes for the Strategic Partnerships team and support briefing notes for the executive management
- Support coordination of relevant in-house meetings, processes, administration and logistics
Research and Knowledge Management
- Research partnership opportunities and monitor calls for proposals
- Research funding modalities and background on specific donors
- Design or revise templates for tracking outreach and engagement
- Support migration to Sharepoint and streamline knowledge management structures in the Strategic Partnerships team
Communication and outreach
- Support the Strategic Partnerships teams on outreach to donors and external communication products
- Support the Strategic Partnerships team in proposal review
- Prepare internal communication products, analyses and knowledge sharing
Your knowledge, experience & skills
- Currently enrolled in a university programme focusing on Fundraising, Nonprofit Management, Public Administration, International Relations or related field
- Organised, reliable, and able to juggle multiple tasks independently
- Strong communication skills, comfortable with international/intercultural contacts
- Fluent in English, German desired
- Proficient in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams)
- Discreet in handling sensitive information
- Prior fundraising experience a plus
- Willingness and ability to work regularly from our Berlin office with remote options based on operational needs
