Working Student Modern Workplace - Digital Collaboration (all genders)

Your Tasks

• You support consulting activities related to Microsoft 365 and specific use cases in the areas of hybrid work and digital collaboration.
• You help employees integrate artificial intelligence into their daily work in a meaningful and responsible way, for example by testing, documenting and communicating practical use cases with Microsoft Copilot.
• You translate business requirements into clear digital use cases and support the development and testing of solution prototypes.
• You contribute to the introduction, testing and evaluation of new features in Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Viva Engage and other Microsoft 365 services.
• You support adoption and change activities, for example by creating target-group-specific communications, webinars, tutorials, short videos and other training materials.
• You monitor relevant developments on the Microsoft 365 roadmap and prepare structured assessments of potential impacts and use cases.
• You support Modern Workplace projects and take responsibility for clearly defined tasks involving testing, documentation, quality assurance and implementation reviews.
• You assist with administrative and analytical activities, for example in Microsoft 365 admin centers, monitoring, or the optimization of storage and usage structures.

Your Profile

• You are enrolled at a university for the entire duration of your employment, ideally studying computer science, business informatics, digital business, communication studies or a comparable subject.
• You are interested in Microsoft 365, cloud technologies, digital collaboration and modern ways of working.
• Initial practical experience with Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Viva Engage, Power Platform or Microsoft Copilot is an advantage.
• You work in a structured, careful and independent manner and take responsibility for agreed tasks.
• You are able to explain technical topics clearly and prepare content for different target groups.
• You enjoy working in a team, contribute your own ideas and approach tasks with a solution-oriented mindset.
• You have good English skills; German language skills are an advantage.
• Some of the work must be done on-site in line with the company regulations.
• You are available immediately .
