Deine Aufgaben
- Produktions- und Montageabläufe analysieren und dokumentieren
- Einflussgrößen auf Fertigungs- und Montagezeiten erfassen
- Zeitaufnahmen in Werk und Montage durchführen und auswerten
- Schwachstellen in bestehenden Prozessen identifizieren
- Ideen zur Prozessoptimierung entwickeln und umsetzen
- Neue Zeitbausteine und Vorgabezeiten für Planung und Kalkulation definieren
- Studium im Bereich Holztechnik, Holzbau, Innenausbau, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder vergleichbar
- Interesse an Produktionsprozessen und Betriebsorganisation
- Analytische und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
- Eigeninitiative und Lust auf Praxis
- Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit Produktion und Montage
- Spannende Praxis statt langweilige Routine
- Eigenverantwortliche Aufgaben mit direktem Praxisbezug
