Als Praktikant / Werkstudent sind Sie vollwertiges Mitglied unseres Transaktionsteams und unterstützen uns bei der erfolgreichen Umsetzung nationaler und internationaler M&A und Corporate Finance Mandate:
- Analyse und detaillierte Aufbereitung von Markt-, Branchen- und Geschäftsmodellen von Unternehmen
- Erstellung von Vermarktungsunterlagen (Teaser, Information Memorandum etc.)
- Unterstützung bei M&A Projekten und Unternehmensbewertungen (DCF-Verfahren und Multiples)
- Anfertigung von Pitch-Präsentationen
- Vorbereitung von Datenräumen und Due Diligence Prüfungen
- Pflege und Aufbau von Datenbanken
- Student der Wirtschaftswissenschaften
- Fließende deutsche Sprachkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Schwerpunkte: Finanzwesen, Corporate Finance, M&A oder Accounting
- Bestenfalls erste Erfahrung in den Bereichen M&A / Corporate Finance / Investment Banking oder Wirtschaftsprüfung
- Kreativität und ausgezeichnete analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten
- Hohe Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit
- Tätigkeit über mehr als 3 Monate erwünscht
- Anschreiben mit Beschreibung welche Tätigkeit und über den Zeitraum der Mitarbeit erforderlich
