b2venture's Investor Relations Team is looking for a Visiting Analyst (m/f/d) to join our team as beginning of July. The duration of the internship should be at least 4 months to get the most out of it.

Tasks

As a Visiting Analyst in the IR team, you will play a key role in covering and growing our institutional investor base while ensuring an excellent investor experience. This role combines interacting with both our investment teams and fund administration, as well as investor-facing communications and relationship management. You will be involved in both investor coverage and fundraising activities.



  • Ensure investors have a great investment and portfolio experience

  • Handle investor support requests in a professional and timely manner

  • Identify new leads and track and manage them on our CRM platform

  • Help develop and implement strategies to strengthen our product and service offerings

  • Contribute to continually improve investor fundraising and reporting materials

  • Continually rethink and actively shape the experience for our investor base in an evolving environment


Requirements

  • You have completed at least the fourth semester of your studies in business, economics, or finance at a leading university and achieved outstanding academic results

  • You are passionate about entrepreneurship, relationship management and not afraid to open new doors

  • Previous experience in banking (wealth management), consulting, startup (preferably sales, business development, support), or at an investment firm is a plus

  • You combine analytical skills and attention to detail with a motivated, proactive mindset

  • You have a client-orientated approach and high quality standards

  • You are a team player with a strong work ethic, humility, a can-do attitude, and a collaborative mindset

  • You are curious with a deep willingness to learn

  • You are fluent German and English, both written and spoken. French as an additional language is a plus

  • You have excellent MS Office skills, especially in Excel and PowerPoint
