Axess Intelligence is seeking an enthusiastic and proactive Operations Manager Intern with a passion for community management, data acquisition, and internal project execution. Tasks
Community Management & Engagement
- Develop and execute community outreach strategies that foster engagement and growth.
- Act as the primary point of contact for community members, addressing inquiries and facilitating discussions.
- Monitor user engagement, providing timely responses and feedback to nurture a vibrant community.
Data Acquisition & Analysis
- Collaborate with teams to identify key data sources and gather relevant information.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of data collection tools and processes.
- Support the analysis of data trends to inform decision-making and enhance community strategies.
Internal Projects & Process Improvement
- Manage and support various internal projects, ensuring timely and effective execution.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of operational policies and best practices.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Provide insights and recommendations based on community feedback and data analysis.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Operations Management, Data Science, or a related field.Strong interest in community engagement and operational excellence.Proficiency with data collection tools and basic analytical methods.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills.Participate in regular meetings, offering updates and progress reports on projects.
