Ihre Mission

  • Mitarbeit und Unterstützung des HR-Teams bei organisatorischen Aufgaben im Tagesgeschäft
  • Administrative Unterstützung im HR-Bereich
  • Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von Zeugnissen
  • Mitarbeit bei Transformations- und Optimierungsinitiativen
  • Projektbezogene Mitarbeit bei aktuellen Personalthemen, wie z.B. Data-Management, Vertragsmanagement

Ihr Profil

  • Studium der Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Wirtschaftspädagogik o.ä., idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Personal
  • Erste praktische Erfahrung im Personalbereich von Vorteil
  • Sehr gute MS Office-Kenntnisse und System-Affinität
  • Selbständige, sorgfältige und gewissenhafte Arbeitsweise; Freude am Arbeiten in einem Team
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse, gute Englischkenntnisse
